People concerned about having a healthy diet without neglecting gastronomy ~~~ We have been producers of organic garlic for more than fifteen years and have been certified organic for four years. From kitchen gardens to market gardens, we have grown with time and experience in response to the increased demand for the quality garlic we sell. 
 During this time we have been picking the garlic flowers just before they bloom when the stalks are full of garlic flavoured sap. We then made a puree that we kept in the freezer for year-long use.
It is with great pleasure that we present these products from our kitchens. They come from kitchen-tested recipes for celebrations, holidays and daily meals enhanced by the rich flavours of our healthy garlic flower creations.
These products are made of raw ingredients only, in order to give you the best nature has to offer. Of course, all ingredients are certified organic.
